Areas of Focus
In order to accomplish the most good with available resources, the foundations's primary focus will be on the areas that John and Happy White generously supported for many years. Potential applicants should be certain their request fits into one or more of these focus areas before submitting a Letter of Application. Those areas are:

· Music / Arts
· Healthcare / Hospitals
· Education
· Community Service
· Protecting the Environment

Geographic Outreach
While Foundation support has been given primarily to Rhode Island institutions, a limited number of requests for support from out-of-state non-profits have been approved.
